The Rules set out the application process, response deadlines, appointment of a sole Arbitrator, arbitration fees, written proceedings, issuance of awards and allocation of costs. They aim to help parties resolve small commercial disputes efficiently while ensuring fairness and impartiality and reducing time and costs.
